My newest idea is coming to FAB this saturday, a buckle video. Wear your favorite buckle and interact with other buckles, aka: people. We will video this from the waists down, no faces so no worries. You can participate in the script, if your so inclined, letting your inner buckle come to life!!!!

If you havent heard, Urban Buckles is going global. That’s right! Soon after……… Universal. But for now we are celebrating world domination with a party!!!!
Boy&Gurl will be performing!! Yup, ill say it again….Boy&Gurl will be performing!! Crystal and Jarred modeled for the new Urban Buckle site ( you will see them strutting their stuff in the video above ) and we liked working together so much that world domination was inevitable. Here is their newest video.
We will also have an opening act with Vic Technicolor, one of Calgary’s extremely talented young musicians.

I was at Axis Gallery last thursday to see Amy Dryers newest show ‘Stage’.

Every Friday at Stoneworx Gallery, in ArtCentral, we have something a little more interesting. A meet the artist night around cocktails, cheese, and sometimes cookies.
“Fridays” are a go from now and into December. Its free and its funner than a regular opening. You get to ask every question you have always wanted to ask an artist. Like, “how do you get your hair like that?” , for example. Or, “what happens if i spill wine on a painting. Will that reck it?” . The response might be different every Friday, one week “you break it you buy it!” the next, “depends if its white or red….” But i guarantee it will be an enjoyable cocktail hour.
We start at 5:00 and go till 7:00. Maybe we’ll see you one of these Fridays…….
