My work has evolved substantially throughout my career. From my fascination with Pollock and Harris in my early years to my present fascination with nature the elements, the galaxy and our place in it. This is the new focus of my work, beyond the canvas. A fusion of the elements and human nature. The relationship with the world we inhabit, how it affects us and how we change it. There is a “moment” in creation we all seek, the moment of balance between too much and too little, which becomes the perfect flow of life. I hope to find a visual flow and share the calm and peace of balance in creation with my audience. Like the juxtaposition of a volcanoes creative and destructive power or the big bang of a galaxy, the balance of all these relationships is key. My work is a visual representation of this balance.
